Softening journey - English Course
Join me in this flowy, delightful journey of exploring SOFTENING as a practise. For 24 days we will CULTIVATE a state of FLOW and ACCEPTANCE where you are more attuned to the present moment, more receptive to life’s possibilities and more grounded in a sense of inner peace.
The journey starts on the 1st of December and for 24 days you will get your little oasis of softening nourishment in a dedicated courseportal.
For 8-20 minutes daily you can drop into this space to create more SPACE inside of yourself.
You will get more information and link to the course portal a week before the journey starts.
We will utilise Bergamot and Black Spruce essential oils in this journey. They are not included in this course fee, so please make sure to buy them from your trusted suplier.
